His approach pairs more than two decades in Utah real estate with a second career building enterprise data and analytics products. He has founded and led brokerages and built and managed an agent team that produced over $100M in annual sales volume.
He earned a Chief Revenue Officer certification through the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and co-founded a data platform now valued at over $60M, where he served as EVP of Sales.

Clients get a broker who can read a market the way an institutional analyst reads one—PPSF stratification by size band, absorption velocity, days-on-market distributions, sale-to-list ratios—and who can also translate it into a clear recommendation. No hedging, no “all options are viable.” A defined point of view the client can stress-test. Cameron works with three kinds of clients: families and professionals navigating a move-up or luxury purchase, sellers who need accurate valuation and disciplined positioning rather than aspirational pricing, and homebuilders and capital partners who need a broker who can model a deal before they sign on it. Discretion, accuracy, and white-glove coordination—from valuation through repair management through closing—are standard, not premium. He lives in Utah with his wife Erin and stays active in the local building, trust, and fiduciary communities.
